Abstract

Study This aim For produce a training model with the name "exercise at home" is cardio body workout for increase Power stand cardiovascular . Practice model This developed For can used by teenagers woman aged 17-25 years in face possibility decline condition physical , so age teenager end capable guard Power stand body . Study This is study development that refers to steps adapted Borg & Gall research become eight stages that is gather information and observation field , analysis information , design product initial , validation and improvement ( revision product ), trial product scale small and revision , trial scale major and revision , creation final product . Test subjects​ scale small namely 15 teenagers woman aged 17-25 years , University of Lampung, test subjects scale big as many as 30 teenagers woman aged 17-25 years , University of Lampung. Instruments used​ is questionnaires and tests . Assessment of experts and subjects study use sheet questionnaire . Research result produce an exercise at home model consisting of of 3 training models namely : Exercise EL 1, EL 2, and EL 3 for teenager woman aged 17-25 years are packaged through exercise videos stored on DVDs (Digital Video Discs), Soft files, and Guidebooks , the level of feasibility of the exercise at home model is known through evaluation validation expert material including in very good /very decent category , as well results evaluation validation expert fitness including in very good / very worthy category . At the trial stage scale large , exercise at home model included in category very worthy rating .
